How to set up your listing. (Keep this page open in your browser so you can follow the step by step listing procedure)
 

There are several phases to list your property

 a./ Sign Up

1./ Register your details. You must include full name and contact details when registering.  Please click this link to register http://www.realestatetasmania.com.au/index.php?go=register

2./ You will then receive an email with a temporary password (if you haven't received the email in a 10 minutes please check you spam or trash folders as the emails are always sent - DO NOT re register........ For further help call Phil at 0407664554)

3./ Login using your email address and the password you were emailed  Then go to the following link
http://www.realestatetasmania.com.au/login.php 
enter your username and the password that is sent in the email you receive.

4./ Choose a new Password of your own if you wish

b./ To purchase FREE credits

1./ Before you start your listing you need to purchase a listing credit (listing credits are FREE) - You must have a listing credit allocated before you create the listing.

You will be presented with the following options on the registration / your account page

either click the Add Property button  or the link below it (on your member page)

Select Listing Credit to Use:
Your Title
Your Name
Your Phone Number (mobile)
Your Email address
Property Type
Property Style
Your Listings Heading or Title
Asking Price No comma or currency sign ( 650000.00 would be for six hundred and fifty thousand dollars )
Property Address
City / Town
State
Region / Area
Postcode 4 digit postode
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Year Built
Subdivision
Nearest Government School
Land Size in Square Metres Example (5000 = 5000 Sq Metres)
House / Building size Square Metres Example (250 = 250 Square Metres)
Levels Example (1 = One Story, 2 = Two Story, etc..)
Garage
Property Description
Personal notes about the property:

( Optional: can be added by editing property info at a later time )

Finish all the details then press the submit button

You will then be returned to the member home

To add photos  below Manage Property  in the   pull down you can;

 Manage Images  this allows you to add or remove images / photos

Manage Files this allows you to add word and .pdf files

Edit Property  this allows you to edit the text of you listing always make sure that you select the correct region as it always default to Burnie

Delete Property   This allows you to delete your listing

View Property  This allows you to view your listing
